Certification payload
Certification Payload
Certification is the evidence package that proves a deliverable is official. It records approval authority, version identity, and verification details for the client-certified system of record.
Certification payloads are generated only after client approval and never for drafts or unapproved versions.
Certification payload includes
- Deliverable identifier, title, and approved version number.
- Approval timestamp and approval chain reference from the Client Portal.
- Authority status (client-certified) and portal approval context.
- Evidence hash and verification metadata for the approved snapshot.
- Distribution scope and access reference for the official deliverable.
When it is issued
The payload is created only after the client approves the submitted version in the portal. Drafts, revisions-in-progress, and unapproved exports never receive certification data.
